Men

All men of the church are invited to participate in a variety of programs which focus upon programs and activities that build character, increase awareness and teach members how to be better men, fathers, and followers of Christ.  Our men’s ministry is a diverse group including all ages and backgrounds. Come and be a part of this exciting ministry of First UMC of Pensacola.

Men’s Bible Breakfast

Come and be a part of the food, fun and fellowship at the Wednesday Morning Men’s Bible Breakfast.  Each Wednesday Morning enjoy a wonderful breakfast with other men of the church, along with inspired teaching and Bible Study.  Wednesday Mornings at 7:00 A.M. in the Wright Place. (No meetings during the summer)

United Methodist Men (UMM)

The organization supports various groups through service and monetary means. We’re also sponsors of First Church’s Boy Scout Troop.

The UMM meet on the third Thursday every other month with a grilled steak/chicken dinner with all the trimmings followed by a speaker or study program. All men are invited, watch for meeting notices in the church newsletter.

Men’s Bible Study (Wednesday Nights)

Join other men in an Bible study and prayer every Wednesday night in The Joe Harrell Library.

Renewal and Repair (R+R)

R+R is a mens group that isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.  Each Wednesday (Sept - April) from 9 AM - 12 PM, R+R helps repair or construct needed items all around our church campus.  If you like to work with tools and enjoy good productive work and great friendships, consider becoming a part of R+R.  View photos of a few of the projects R & R has done for the church.
