Disciple
Disciple Bible Study is one of the finest programs offered from the United Methodist Church. We have been in the Disciple Bible Study Program since the 1980’s. Disciple is designed to develop Biblically nourished Christians committed to living as disciples of Jesus Christ. Each of the four phases of Disciple study is built on small group dynamics. the process requires daily reading of designated scripture, note taking and prayer in preparation for the weekly group meeting. You will have the opportunity to study the Bible in depth and share your thoughts and ideas with eleven other people as they also struggle to understand the Biblical message. Many have indicated that this program has been a life-changing experience. Disciple I is a 34 week class. Disciple II, III, and IV are 32 week classes. The Disciple Second Generation Study: Jesus in the Gospels presents a 32 week in depth reading of all four gospels. Disciple I - an overview of the entire Bible Disciple II - a focused look at Genesis - Exodus, Luke, and Acts Disciple III - an examination of the prophets and the letters of Paul Disciple IV - Under the Tree of Life Disciple Second Generation - Jesus in the gospels
