Welcome First United Methodist Church of Pensacola, Florida. We are delighted that you have chosen to visit our website and hope you will join us in ministry soon. Founded in 1821, First Church is the oldest Protestant church in the area and the oldest Methodist church in Florida.  This historic church with four Sunday services has a membership of 3000 and is overflowing with life.

The Methodist Witness
Our bi-weekly newsletter which is available online and by mail, email or facebook. The Methodist Witness include articles and announcements about upcoming events and other happenings around the church.

Bulletin
Sunday’s worship bulletins are available online beginning Friday after 2 PM for your convenience.  Bulletins are also archived for about one month.

Sermon Archive
First UMC has two weekly podcasts available in our sermon archive.  An audio podcast is made of the 8:30 AM service each Sunday and is available for download from our website or via iTunes.  A video podcast is also available weekly of the ICON service via our website or iTunes.  Podcasts are usually posted Monday by noon.

Photo Gallery
Thousands of current and historical photos of our church and events are available in our photo gallery, maintained by our church photographer, Duncan McDavid.

Wednesday Night Dinner
Online reservations, weekly menu and other information regarding Wednesday Night Dinner are available for your convenience.

Donate
Donations and tithes may be submitted online for both our church and preschool.

Compiled every few years, the First UMC Yellow Pages provides information about members of our church and the companies they are involved.

Bookstore
In association with Cokesbury Bookstores, a special First UMC has been created on our website for your convenience. 5% of all purchases through our Cokesbury bookstore our are donated to our church by Cokesbury.
