Small groups are on-going discipleship communities for all ages, that meet on various days and times to build friendships and study the Bible or other topics. These groups include Sunday School that meets from 9:45 – 10:45am.

QIGONG / TAI CHI

QIGONG, the “meditative martial art”, has its roots in Chinese Medicine, and is a close cousin to the better-known tai chi. The slow, graceful motions are simple and repetitive, making the practice of qigong accessible to just about anyone.
