The United Methodist Women of First United Methodist Church of Pensacola, Florida will hold the 37th Annual Christmas Creations arts and crafts sale on Friday, November 21 and Saturday, November 22, 2014. The event will open at 9am both days and will close at 4pm, both days. Set up will be allowed from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday, September 20th. You should not leave your items for sale in your space Thursday evening.
Booth rental is $100/$125 per space for regular spaces and $120/$145 for corner spaces, all indoors. The booth spaces are 8ft squared in the Great Hall and 10ft squared in the Henry Roberts Activities Center. Limited balcony spaces are 4ft x 12ft in the Henry Roberts Activities Center and are $100. You will be provided a 6ft x 2 1/2 ft table and 2 chairs. You should provide all your own props. Please indicate your first and second location preferences and we will do our best to comply with your request. We will let you know as soon as possible where we will be able to place you.
All items in this show much be your own homemade items. If you are a new crafter to this show you must provide a close-up picture of your craft items with your application. This is a church sponsored event and all items submitted to be sold should be in good taste. We reserve the right to remove any objectionable items.
Deadline for submitting your application is November 1st, 2014. Returning crafters are selected first and then new crafters are chosen. Booth spaces are rented on first come, first serve basis. A letter of confirmation will be mailed to you as soon as possible with your booth selection.
