Location

Nursery is located on the first floor of our Education Building. Visit the front desk for directions or email info@fumcpensacola.com with any questions.

Sign In Procedure

Each room has a sign-in sheet for parents to sign. This is important for record keeping and is a back up to the safety stickers should we need to contact you.  These sign-in sheets should have your child’s name already on it (for those who have attended relatively recently); you will only need to sign your name, then fill in your cell number and your location within our church campus.

As our church has been blessed with a growing number of both visitors and staff, ID safety stickers add an extra layer of security that many large churches around the nation have found beneficial. Please ensure that you retain the parent’s portion and present it when you come to pick up your child, as we are only to release a child to a parent (or guardian) with the proper stub.  Please note that the nursery staff is not authorized to release a child to a non-adult sibling.

Suggestions for a Diaper Bag

It is suggested that you equip your diaper bag with the following items when you bring your baby to nursery:
1. 4-6 disposable diapers or 2-4 pair of training pants
2. Bottles (enough for baby’s stay) or a training cup
3. Bib
4. Complete change of clothing
5. Pacifier, if needed Diaper bag, bottles and pacifier should be carefully labeled with your child’s full name.

Illness and Disease

In order to limit the spread of disease, avoid bringing a child to the nursery if he/she has had any of the following signs of illness during the last 24 hours.
1. Coughing, sneezing and a thick runny nose
2. Fever
3. Vomiting or diarrhea
4. Inflamed mouth and throat
