First United Methodist Church of Pensacola, in conjunction with The Methodist Children’s Academy, is offering weekly summer camps, May 25 – August 7, 2026 for rising 1st – 6th Graders.
2026 REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
HALF DAY CAMP (8:30AM –1:00pm ): $120/WEEK
FULL DAY CAMP (7:30AM – 5:30PM): $180/WEEK
• Camp is closed May 25, June 19, & July 3. The cost of the camps will be pro-rated. Half-day is not offered June 1 – 5 and June 8 – 12.
• Please note that listed field trips are not guaranteed and are subject to change depending on availability.
REGISTRATION POLICY: Registration for each camp closes the Monday (end of day) prior.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: A $30 (per week) Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable deposit is due at the time of registration. The deposit will be credited towards tuition payment.
A separate bill for each week of camp will be sent via our Procare Online platform to the email used at registration and is due no later than the Monday before each camp. Tuition can be paid via Procare or check made out to Methodist Children’s Academy. Email MCA@FUMCPensacola.com with any questions.
Payments should be made to Methodist Children’s Academy via our Procare Online platform. We accept ACH Bank Transfer (preferred), or card ($10 fee). Checks are also accepted (made out to Methodist Children’s Academy).

May 26 – 29 | Superheros
(Closed May 25)
Superhero Week transforms campers into heroes-in-training through exciting activities like Superhero Academy, Speed Training, and a high-energy Talent Show. Throughout the week, campers build confidence, teamwork, and courage as they discover their unique superpowers and celebrate what makes them extraordinary.
June 1 – 5 | Space Adventure: Made for Wonder (Vacation Bible School )

Blast off on a Space Adventure for VBS 2026 as we explore the vast universe and discover that the same God who created the stars created us! Through bible stories, song, science, and games, our explorers will learn that they are wonderfully made and to shine God’s light everywhere we go.
June 8 – 12 | Animal Adventures
(Full Day Only)
Animal Adventures is a wild and exciting week where campers explore the animal kingdom through a special trip to the zoo and hands-on experiences with animals. Throughout the week, they’ll learn fun facts, discover different habitats, and build a deeper love and respect for creatures big and small.
June 15 – 18 | Sports Camp
(Closed June 19)
Sports Camp is an action-packed week where campers get to train with Coach Willis and his team, learning the skills and teamwork behind a variety of sports. From soccer to races and exciting challenges, campers will build confidence, stamina, and have a blast staying active every day.
June 22 – 26 | Wacky Wonders
Wacky Wonders is a fun-filled week of magic, laughter, and creativity where campers enjoy magicians, wacky outfits, silly science experiments, and playful games. Every day is full of surprises that spark imagination and make learning hilariously memorable!
June 29 – July 2 | Nature Survival
(Closed July 3)
Nature Survival Week is an adventurous week where campers learn essential outdoor skills like fishing, scavenger hunts, and exploring trails. Through hands-on activities, they’ll build confidence, teamwork, and a deeper connection with the great outdoors.
July 6 – 10 | Arts and Science
Art & Science Week is a creative and curious week where campers explore the wonders of science in Spark Lab, enjoy inspiring trips to the art museum, and even make solar oven s’mores at the park. Each day blends imagination and discovery, turning learning into hands-on fun!
July 13 – 17 | Roll & Strike Adventure
Roll & Strike Adventures is a high-energy week where campers glide, splash, and strike their way through skating, swimming, Hunter Pool fun, and bowling. Every day is packed with action, teamwork, and exciting challenges that keep campers moving and having a blast!
July 20 – 24 | Community Helpers
Community Helpers Week is an inspiring week where campers meet real-life heroes like EMTs, sheriffs, healthcare workers, and firefighters. Through hands-on activities and demonstrations, they’ll learn how these everyday heroes keep our communities safe and healthy.
July 27 – 31 | Passport to Adventure
Passport to Adventure Week takes campers on a whirlwind journey around the world in just five days, exploring Italy, France, Japan, Mexico, and Greece. Along the way, they’ll learn about each country’s culture, traditions, and enjoy tasting delicious international foods!
August 3 – 7 | Back to School Splash
Back to School Splash is a refreshing week where campers dive into fun with water relays, games, and splash-filled activities to celebrate the start of a new school year. It’s the perfect way to cool off, make friends, and kick off the year with energy and excitement
